TECHNICAL FAQs
Do you sell directly or through distributors?
We do both. With decades of manufacturing expertise, we now manage orders and supplies through direct sales as well. This provides you with a single technical point of contact, from the initial quote through to final testing.
Is it better to buy new or to overhaul?
In many cases, an overhaul is highly advantageous: it significantly reduces capital expenditure while restoring your equipment to peak operational performance. We evaluate each project individually based on the brand, actual wear and tear, and your specific requirements.
How long does a revamp take?
In approximately 4 weeks from pick-up/arrival at the workshop, after diagnosis and confirmation of the repair. For emergencies, we can define a priority based on workload.
Which brands and models can you overhaul?
We work on all types of telescopic units from all major manufacturers. Using advanced CNC machining and rigorous process controls, we restore original tolerances, sliding surfaces, and all wear components to peak condition.
What is the lead time for a new telescopic fork?
The typical lead time is approximately 6 weeks following order confirmation and finalization of technical specifications. Our manufacturing is entirely in-house and fully traceable; specific timelines and delivery priorities are confirmed within our technical proposal.
