In-Stock Availability & In-House Manufacturing
Component identification
The starting point is always the survey performed at our premises. If the component is not cataloged or has been discontinued by the original manufacturer, we identify it from technical documentation or directly from a sample. The identification is carried out by technicians who produce cradles: the risk of compatibility error is minimal.
Stock and internal production
Wear parts are managed in stock on a vertical warehouse. For non-standard or obsolete components, production is internal: turning, milling, treatments, assemblies. The same supply chain as the new fork, the same process control.
TECHNICAL FAQs
How can you identify a component without a part number or documentation?
We can often identify parts through high-resolution photos (both a wide view of the unit and close-ups of the worn area). Our decades of experience allow us to accurately identify many components from photographic documentation alone.
Do you manufacture components that are obsolete or out of production?
Yes. As long as the component can be measured or documented, we can reproduce it. Our team performs a technical survey to define the necessary materials and tolerances. Full traceability is guaranteed under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
Can you maintain dedicated stock for our specific systems?
Yes. For customers with recurring requirements and predictable volumes, we can establish reserved safety stock. These components are managed based on your consumption patterns, supported by scheduled blanket orders to guarantee immediate availability. The specific terms of this service are finalized during the contract phase.
Need to identify or replace a component?
Ship the part directly to our facility for a rapid technical assessment. By working directly with our technical team, you eliminate intermediate steps and get your equipment back in service faster.
